Er. Radhey S. is a highly qualified and experienced CEO at RSB EVS, a team of independent investigators specializing in transparent and consistent valuation under IVSC. He is a compatible businessman with expertise in international valuation standards, mortgage valuation, project appraisal, property appraisal and analysis, project execution, strategic planning, and business development of mortgage business. With a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Sharda University, Delhi NCR, Er. Radhey has developed collaborative policies regarding valuation potential and process, involvement, and recommendations in software making for digital transformation of valuation process of leading NBFCs, HFCs, and banks. He is also responsible for developing and monitoring property price index of real estate markets and affordable housing markets, which are used to track property price fluctuation and trends, forming the base for property appraisal and valuation. Er. Radhey has a track record of achieving the projected targets of project approval and building dynamic teams of in-house technical associates, technical officers, technical managers, and technical agencies. He is also responsible for asset valuation services, feasibility reports, assessment reports, due diligence, and progress reporting. Er. Radhey is an excellent eye for details, with a good understanding and sense of property appraisal and building bye-laws, which are key points and base for property appraisal. He has settled symbolic and physical possessions as per the NPA Properties Resolution Laws and accomplished roles in collections, underwriting for moratorium, NPA properties valuations, and audits during COVID-19 pandemic. Er. Radhey has also published two novels and is currently under consultation with various organizations, including The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India, International Valuation Standards Council, United States, The Institution of Valuers - Registered Valuers Foundation, New Delhi, and The Institution of Engineers (India), Kolkata - under The Royal Charter in 1935. With a relevant experience of 0.43 years, Er. Radhey has worked with Greytip Software as an HR Business Partner and with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) as a Government (Reg.) Valuer - Corporate Affairs India. He has also completed various professional trainings from Indian Corporate Affairs Financial Institutions and holds a Chartered Engineer degree from The Institution of Engineers India Kolkata in Immovable Property Valuations and Loss Assessment.
